With 78 Windows XP boxes, 47 Windows 7 workstations , 3 Windows Vista and 8 Windows 2003/2008 Servers we are still Windows XP shop and it's going to stay that way as long as our business critical application run on XP only.
Windows 7 boxes are getting into our network as hardware refresh only. No plans for Windows 8 though!
