90% of my office is still XP. There are 3 Windows 7 machines, and 4 Vista machines. The other 68 are all XP.

I don't care about the lack of support, my biggest fear is now instead of transitioning from 1 OS to the next, I'm skipping around 3 generations of OS's and have to make sure my dated technology works. Already found out I need to modify registry files due to the fact windows 7 doesn't feel that any server should be X86 and only likes X64

Tell me more about what you modified. The majority of our machines are XP and my first attempt to integrate Windows 7 into a Windows 2003 network keeps failing. Every time I think I have it licked, the Windows 7 machine discovers that it isn't trusted on the Windows 2003 domain. I'm ready to start the migration, but if I can't get past 1st base it will be a long time coming.
